Integrating The Inside &
Outside - Dr. Vikrama And Natural Herbal Remedies
Dear Friends,
The Aims and Objective of my passion with Natural Herbal Remedies and
Ayurvedic Remedies, Holistic Herbalist
is the hardest one to write. To decipher
exactly what our motives are in life is not easy for most of us. Yet when we try to delve deep in our heart
and feel the spring of motivation, inspiration and guidance that usually
secretly and sometimes in more perceptible ways has moved us so far in life and leading us to our destiny.
The Aims and Objective of our
lives do keep changing. The word transforming is better than the changing
to save our integrity. Our
motives keep changing as we grow and mature in life and as new responsibilities
spring forth - right from early childhood to old age.
Since my early teen days, I felt
the consistent motivation to explore and live the life in a Holistic,
Integral and Balanced way. With time, this
yearning has become more concrete, more passionate.
Some of us can feel the inner
guidance with clarity and even can write it as personal mission statement. After
reading the great book of Stephen R. Covey - 'The Seven Habits Of Highly
Effective People' five years ago - and after having tried several times to write
my mission statement or aims and objective, I still feel that i am not satisfied
with my version of PMS.
Still, there is something inside us that we can name as intuition, inner
guidance, our motive, our spiritual nature, our heart, the subconscious or the
super-conscious and so on... and this has helped me to come out with this
graphic version.

At this point of time I am totally
convinced that our Aims and Objective, our mission are within us. If we seek, we
will find. Yes! Lord Jesus Christ has also told, "Seek ye first the kingdom of
God, and everything will be added unto thee."
After this long introduction, I
conclude that my life had been moving around and I am still making efforts and
would continue to do so around these three steps:
-
Exploring the
holistic nature of life.
-
Right from our
current position in life, try to live the life holistic.
-
While attuning
our life to the holistic nature, enjoy and serve others in your own capacity
from your position in life.
This simple
cycle of realizing holistic life ↔ trying and living the life holistic ↔ and
enjoying, sharing and serving ourselves and others. This is Full Stop for me. Yes
with full efforts going on.
Side Bar
I would like to
recount a story from one magazine of Self Realization Fellowship. It inspires me
that when we are fully attuned the holistic principle of life - we are not
accomplished then, our story of fulfilling enjoyment and goes on.
One disciple of
Paramahansa Yogananda, Mr. James Lynn was a famous and successful business of
America. After coming in contact with Shri Yoganandaji, he advanced very fast on
the path of Yoga despite maintaining the outer responsibilities of a successful
business tycoon. He achieved the Yogic trance - The state of Oneness with God.
This stage is very
difficult to attain even by the great renunciants and those who work hard for
it. In one meeting, a group of disciples were discussing the nature of this exalted
state of Consciousness. One yoga newbie was describing what she might not
have experienced at that time. Joining the discussion, Mr. J. Lynn told the group
that the nature of the Infinite is really infinite. There is no end to the joy
and glory of God. How can the endless or Infinite or Unfathomable be
exhausted.
The same thought was
aptly described by an Indian saint by saying that the cup of my heart is
overflowing with only a little Joy and Glory and Abundance Of God. How can I know the Great Lord.
You will find me through this
website and by other means (clinical
life, other websites
www.ayurveda-textbooks.com and
Writing For Health) struggling to be integral to my inspiration and my
motivations. Yes, friends, I will surely try and will join and share with you
about my Aims and Objective - my life - The Holistic Herbal Medicine and
Ayurveda.
Best Regards,
Dr Vikrama
