The Somato-Psycho-Spiritual Nature

awareness or conscious principle. When describing our nature, the attributes of
different personalities are expressed with clarity.
These personalities are based on the three attributes of our holistic nature.
About The Three Primal Attributes:
Three primal or basic attributes are the basis of all Vedic Sciences, be it
Yoga, Ayurveda, Philosophy, Psychology, Astrology or any other discipline. These
are - Satva, Rajas and Tamas. If you feel that your are alien to the concepts of

Psychological Types In Yoga & Its Advancement In Ayurveda:
The types of mental make up or disposition of a person is described as based
upon any of these three attributes in Yoga. There is description about the
personality with one of these attributes dominating the other two.
Ayurvedic sages worked on this concept with greater observation and
they emerged with further subdivisions of our psychological nature. This effort
resulted in thirteen types of psychological nature.
Various terms are used to describe these psychological body types like 'Kaya-nature',
'Chitta-nature', 'Great-nature' and 'Satva-nature'. All are used for
psychological body types.
Ayurvedic Psychological Body Types & Our Mind:
Typically there is one mind. Whichever attribute is predominant in one's mind
or consciousness, one is transformed with the characteristics of that type.

He used the word 'Paradigm' and it has some resemblance with these psychological
