Charaka Ayurveda Center - Our services include ayurvedic, herbal and holistic consultation, Indoor and outdoor facilities with Yoga, Reiki, Ayurvedic Panchakarma management of your health needs.

Charaka Ayurveda Center offers the holistic management for your condition whether it is a disease or other preventive or helath requirement. We offer offline services at two places - both of them near New Delhi.

Ayurvedic & Herbal Consultation At Charaka Ayurveda Center:

This Center provides consultation to all the patients - online or offline - in two distinct ways. We give full ayurvedic prescription to people whose native country recognize the medicinal value in ayurvedic products that contain Bhasmas (Metals made usable and biologically active after processing in Ayurveda) and Herbs.

Secondly, we prescribe herbal treatment to people of all countries. This consultation is very comprehensive. The beauty of this is that we explain the benefits and any possible risk before hand, initiate the treatment in non-harmful and gradual way. Thus we enjoy let our clients make the informed choices regarding their conditions and its management. We go to the extent of PHHF - Personal Holistic Herbal Formulation - to formulate the appropriate herbal combination suitable to individuals. Thereafter we can prepare the formulation in diverse ways as is compliant with the individual.

Full Dispensing With Reliability & Credibility:

Procuring the right herbs in the good condition is also a not-so-easy job. With Charaka Ayurveda Center, this job is made super simple. Just wait, watch and get your herbs.

Indoor Facilities:

Very soon in 2006 we would be starting a residential Ayurveda, Yoga and Panchakarma section at Charaka Ayurveda Center that would cater to the global need to undergo treatment and to learn these modalities through various short-term to long-term courses - both online and offline.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapy:

All the Panchakarma treatments - North Indian and South Indian are served at Charaka Ayurveda Center. These are the purification and preparatory treatment modalities of Ayurveda. They help in getting rid of diseases quickly, enhancing the effects of medication and rejuvenating  the body. Some methods are:

• Local or Full body Lepanam and Udavartanam - applying herbal paste over the body.

• Snehanam or Oleation therapy - External and Internal.

• Svedanam or Fomentation therapy - External and Internal.

• Vamana or Induced therapeutic vomiting.

• Virechana or Induced therapeutic purging.

• Basti - Oil dominant or Decoction dominant.

• Nasya - Use of herb powder or oils or decoction through nasal cavity.

• Blood letting - through leeches or bandages.

• Pinda or Pottali svedanam or Ela Krizhi ( Fomentation).

• Navarkrizhi (Fomentation with Rice bundle and herbal decoction).

• Pidichil or Using oils and decoctions for whole body or body part.

• Sarvang Dhara - pouring liquid medicine all over the body.

• Shirodahara - pouring liquid medicine over the scalp region.

• Shirobasti - Retaining liquid medicine over the scalp.

• Kati Basti or Kati tarpanam - retaining liquid medicine over the back.

• Netra Tarpanam - Retaining the liquid medicine around the closed eye.
