I am happy to introduce contributors team - myself, some friends and family members. Ayurveda,Yoga and Holistic Living are more than a part of my life even before my completing the school and during my teenage. Qualifying the entrance and taking admission in Rishikula State Ayurveda College at Haridwar just advanced that longing of my heart. The degrees in Ayurveda and Herbology moved me on this path as a professional of Holistic Living and Holistic Medicine. The project of the holistic-herbalist.com was in my mind and now I am happy to offer it to you. My deep interest in yoga and meditation furthered my understanding of Ayurveda, and the holistic nature of life and Medicine. I do feel that it is our approach toward health, medicine and herbs that turns them into holistic even though the life and herbs are intrinsically holistic. The integrated and synergistic background of North Indian Ayurveda, South Indian Ayurveda, Panchakarma,Yoga, Herbal Medicine puts me in a position to share my understanding with you. Further I respect all the great persons doing great work in this field in both East and West. Many persons in the West are doing splendid job in promoting the Holistic Living and Medicine. I seek my inspiration from all of them and extend my thanks to them. We can easily label ourselves as contributors but we know that the knowledge of traditions and past generations and synergistic use of present resources is the only 'contributors'. We just contribute a little and sometimes in a different manner with God's intelligence shining through us. I would be working regularly (Yes almost daily!) to update and expand my resources so that I serve better and better. Best Regards, Dr Vikrama

Ms Monica: She is my dear wife and mom of my sweet son. Though she holds post-graduate degree in Zoology, a PG diploma in Fashion Designing and Computers, she is by heart a good artist and fashion designer. She helped me in Photography a lot. And I am thankful to her to smoothly devote a great deal of our family time to work on this project beside my busy clinical practice. Contact Us Sweet Ishan: My two year young son Ishan is more sweet than I could describe. I am thankful to him to give his share of time to work. Still more thankful to his coming by my side and suddenly pressing the keys on keyword and running away. And the key most often pressed is Esc key! He is one of the sweetest contributors. I love my family like you all. We extend our Love and Regard to all – not as persons or searchers or patients but as a whole lot of guests, friends and family.
